How does setup work, and how does Frontevia learn about my business?
Frontevia reads your website and pulls out information about your business. Then it creates an AI receptionist tailored to serving your leads and customers. You can review and adjust what it extracted, and you can give it additional instructions.

Can Frontevia book appointments on my calendar?
Yes. The agent checks your calendar, offers open slots, confirms the caller's details and books the appointment on the spot. You get a notification with the caller's info and appointment details.
What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer to a caller's question?
It doesn't guess. The agent only answers from the business knowledge you set up, so it won't invent prices, policies or services it doesn't actually know. When a caller asks something outside that knowledge, it says so, offers to take a message or transfer the call. Conversation context lands in your inbox immediately so you can follow up fast.
Can it handle complex or sensitive calls, or only simple FAQs?
Both. Your Frontevia AI receptionist can handle any conversation. It also recognizes when a call turns complex or sensitive, say a distressed client or a multi-part legal question, and routes it to you or an on-call person based on the rules you set. You can flag any topic to always escalate.
Can the AI handle multiple calls at once without putting anyone on hold?
Frontevia picks up every call. There is no limit to the conversations that can happen at the same time. Nobody gets put on hold. You won't ever hear 'all lines busy' on your own business again.
Does it support multiple languages or different accents?
English today, across a wide range of accents. Tell us if you need another language so we can confirm what's supported.
Can I customize the AI's greeting, voice and tone to match my brand?
Yes. You can edit the greeting, pick a specific voice and accent, and tell your agent what tone to use. The receptionist persona for your industry sets sensible defaults. Feel free to customize the persona to your liking.
Do I have to change my phone number? Does it work with VoIP, a landline or Google Voice?
Keep your number. You forward it to your Frontevia agent number (common setup: forward after 2 unanswered rings), the same way you'd forward to any answering service. That works with standard landlines, VoIP systems and Google Voice.
Does it integrate with my CRM or scheduling software?
This option is available for our customers on the Custom plan. We can integrate with your in-house systems on demand.
Will it capture leads and send me notifications after each call?
Every new lead triggers a notification with the caller's name, phone, what they called about and a short AI-generated summary. A full caller list is avilable in your customer portal.
Can I access call recordings and transcripts?
Every call produces a recording, a full transcript and an AI-generated summary with the caller's intent and outcome. You have full access to call history on every plan.
What about spam calls and robocalls?
The agent recognizes robocalls and cold sales pitches and ends them fast, so they don't show up in your notifications.

How much does an AI voice receptionist cost per month?
Starter is $49/mo with 200 included minutes ($0.20/min overage). Professional is $99/mo with 500 included minutes ($0.18/min overage). All plans include full platform features. Custom plans are available for high-volume businesses.
What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?
You're billed at your plan's overage rate in 50-minute increments. Set a hard monthly cap in the billing settings to prevent surprises. Real-time usage and overage spent are always available in your account page.
Is there a free trial, and what is the cancellation policy?
14 days, full access to every feature, no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you select a plan to continue using the service. On paid plans, you cancel or change plan anytime from your customer portal. No cancellation fees.
How does an AI receptionist compare in cost and performance to a human receptionist?
