6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Processing

We use Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") to process payments. When you make a payment, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. While our pricing is in USD, Stripe supports multiple currencies and may process payments in your local currency.

6.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6.3 Prepaid Minutes

You may purchase prepaid minutes to supplement your subscription. Prepaid minutes are used when your subscription minutes are exhausted. Prepaid minutes do not expire and remain in your account until used.

6.4 Payment Failure

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment using your default payment method. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or disable your account and AI agents until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

6.5 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if your subscription expires or is cancelled and you have a prepaid minutes balance greater than $50.00 USD, we will refund the remaining prepaid balance. Refunds are calculated at the per-minute rate of your current (or last active) subscription plan and processed within 30 days of subscription expiration. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@infocratic.com with the subject line "Frontevia refund" and include your account information.

6.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice (at least 30 days). Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes your agreement to pay the new price. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
